Account – Registration, Login & Verification

Go to the Register page, fill in your chosen username, your Pakistani mobile number, an email address and a password, then tick the age confirmation and Terms checkbox. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. No documents are needed at registration.

You must be 18 years old or older to create a w999e account. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. CNIC verification is required before your first withdrawal, which confirms both your identity and age. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.

No. Each person is allowed one w999e account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created with the same mobile number, CNIC, device or payment method — are not permitted and may result in both accounts being closed and any associated balance being forfeited. If you have forgotten your account details, use the password reset option or contact support rather than opening a new account.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address. A reset code or link will be sent to whichever you choose. Follow the steps to create a new password. If you cannot access either your mobile number or email, contact support via live chat for assisted account recovery — you will need to verify your identity.

CNIC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You do not need to submit any documents when registering or making your first deposit. When you request a withdrawal, upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC through the verification section of your account settings. Processing typically completes within one working day.

Deposits – PKR, JazzCash & Easypaisa

If your deposit has not reflected after thirty minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section for each option. In general, mobile wallet deposits have a low minimum entry point suitable for most players. If you want to deposit a specific amount and are unsure whether it falls within the limits, the Cashier will show the applicable range before you confirm.

Yes. Deposit limits are available directly in your account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a cooling-off delay. Setting a deposit limit before your first session is strongly recommended.

Withdrawals

Go to the Cashier section after login and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the PKR amount and confirm. If this is your first withdrawal, you will be prompted to complete CNIC verification before the request is processed. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within one to three working days depending on the method selected.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: CNIC verification still pending, an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement attached to the balance, the withdrawal amount exceeding the daily or weekly limit for the chosen method, or a bank-side processing delay. Check your account for any pending verification steps or active bonus conditions. If everything appears clear but the withdrawal is still delayed beyond three working days, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

In most cases, withdrawals must be returned to the same method used for the deposit — this is a standard anti-fraud measure. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal should go back to the same JazzCash account. If you need to withdraw to a different method for a specific reason, contact support to discuss what options are available for your account after verification.

Sports Betting & Cricket

w999e covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test series, One Day Internationals (ODIs) and other major cricket tournaments. Within each match, available markets typically include match winner, top batsman, total runs, over/under runs, method of first wicket, man of the match and various in-play markets that update ball by ball during the game. Football and esports markets are also available.

Yes. In-play betting is available on w999e for cricket and other sports. Odds update in real time as the match progresses — after each ball in cricket, and after each significant event in football. You can place bets during the game on a range of markets. In-play markets are visible from the sports section once a match has started, provided markets have not been suspended for that event.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result can be determined, bets are typically voided and the stake is returned to your account. If the match is completed by the Duckworth-Lewis method (DLS) and a result is declared, bets on the match winner market are settled on that official result. Specific settlement rules for each market are detailed in the Terms and Conditions — check those if you are unsure about a particular market.

Casino, Slots & Fish Games

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specific multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before that bonus can be withdrawn. The progress is tracked in the Promotions section of your account. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically count 100% while certain table games may count less.

Yes. Bonuses are opt-in — you are not automatically enrolled in every promotion. If you prefer to play with your deposited PKR without bonus conditions attached, simply do not opt in to any active promotion. If a bonus has already been added to your account and you want it removed, contact support via live chat — they can review whether removal is possible depending on your current account status.

Account Security & 2FA

Log in, go to Account Settings and find the Security or Two-Factor Authentication section. Toggle 2FA on and verify by entering the OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. From that point, every login will require both your password and a new OTP. Keep your registered mobile number active — if it becomes unreachable, you will need support assistance to regain account access.

No. w999e support staff will never ask for your password through any channel — not live chat, not email, not SMS. If you receive any message asking for your w999e password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not provide your password and report the message to support immediately. Change your password right away if you suspect your credentials have been exposed.

Change your password immediately from account settings if you can still log in. Then contact support via live chat to report unauthorised access — they can review recent login activity, temporarily lock the account and investigate any suspicious transactions. Enable 2FA once the situation is resolved. Review recent transactions in your account history and flag any you did not make.

During a break you cannot log in, deposit or play. Your account data and verified balance are preserved and restored when the break period ends. If you need a longer break, use the self-exclusion option by contacting support via live chat.

Yes. Contact support via live chat to request permanent account closure. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered PKR payment method before closure. Bonus balances not yet subject to completed wagering requirements are forfeited on closure. Permanent closure via self-exclusion cannot be reversed — it is designed this way so the decision holds even if you feel differently later.
