Collusion, use of bots or automated betting tools, exploitation of software errors, and any form of abuse targeting the platform or other players are strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in these behaviours will be closed without notice.

Your w999e account username, password and any two-factor authentication details are your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. w999e will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel — any message asking for your password should be treated as suspicious and reported to support immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your consent, contact w999e support immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured and the activity reviewed.
All deposits to your w999e account are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Cashier section of your account. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits received from payment methods belonging to another person will not be credited to your account and will be returned where possible. Repeated attempts to deposit using third-party payment details may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals from your w999e balance are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where available, or to a verified payment account in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, identity verification must be completed. This involves submitting a clear photo of your CNIC. Verification typically completes within one business day. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without this requirement unless w999e's risk systems flag a specific transaction for additional review.
w999e reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending additional identity verification if a transaction triggers internal risk controls. In such cases, support will contact you with the specific documents or information required to release the withdrawal.
From time to time, w999e makes promotional offers available to players — welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and other incentives. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and form part of these general Terms when a player opts in to a promotion.
Most bonus offers require the player to complete a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in total bets must be placed using that bonus before it becomes withdrawable. The specific requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
Bonus offers have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The validity period for each offer is stated in its terms at the time of opt-in.
w999e monitors bonus activity to detect patterns that indicate abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets designed to exploit the mathematical requirements of a bonus rather than for genuine gaming engagement, and making claims using false information. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus balance removed, winnings voided and account access restricted.
All games available on the w999e platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the studios that develop each game. This means every game outcome — every spin, every card dealt, every roulette result — is statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including w999e itself.
The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the long-run mathematical return rate across millions of rounds. It is not a guarantee of return in any individual session. Short-term results will frequently differ from the RTP in both directions.
If a game session is disconnected due to a technical issue, w999e's servers record the game state at the point of disconnection. Most game providers have built-in reconnection handling that restores an active session. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration or verification, creating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, use of automated tools, confirmed match-fixing activity, or behaviour that threatens the security of the platform or other players.
